All platters have three select meats, three cheeses, house pickles, mustard, dried berries and nuts, and gluten free crackers.
We add a jam or marmalade to our $50 and $100 boards will have a jam or marmalade added.

Meats are shipped anywhere in the US with quality ensured temperature controlled packaging.
All orders must meet a 5lb minimum for shipping.
All items are sold in 1lb increments. Be sure to select how many pounds you want of each item. It does not need to be 5lb of the same sausage, it can be a variety as long as they add up to 5+ lb.
Any orders under 5lb will be cancelled and we will reach out.
All orders are shipped on Monday's if placed before 5pm on Friday. Any orders after 5pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. This allows us to ensure the freshness and quality of meat in your boxes.
For example, an order placed Tuesday at 4pm will not be shipped until the next Monday. An order placed Saturday at 11am will not be shipped until the following Monday (9 calendar days).
